Jeff and Kelsey love showing how accessible Partner Acrobatics is to everyone! Things you never thought you could do will be demonstrated and taught to you in these workshops. And with 90 minutes, you will have ample opportunity to safely learn and practice (and eventually perfect!) the flow we put together. No partner needed, we hope to see you there!

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate, but will be adjusted for all levels. 

We are excited to announce that this class will reoccur the 2nd Friday of every month. Each class will over new skills and techniques, and will have something for all levels.

Starting in February, every last Wednesday of the month is Tea Time at Amana. 

Join Ayurvedic Practitioner David McConaghay plus special guests for a series of community conversations to illuminate Ayurveda. This series is presented by the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association, with delicious, healing tea provided by Organic India.

These informal events will focus on topics of pressing interest to you, so tell us what you want to know!
