New To Yoga?

Personal instruction is a wonderful way to begin your journey into the practice. One-on-one attention will allow you to identify areas of imbalance in the body and energize areas of your life through powerful intention. 

Class Recommendations: Hatha Flow 1 on the weekends is a great place to begin your journey into yoga, these classes are designed to teach you how to breathe and then begin to move into the postures. Share with your instructor that you are new to the practice and they will offer modifications for you in any and all classes.
